Policies for Matheson Training Events: Payment, Cancellation, Complaints, etc.
Payment
Full payment must be received 14 business days (2 full weeks) before the start of any course.

Cancellation by the Student: To receive a refund, you must cancel at least 30 business days before the start of the course. But if you do cancel less than 30 days in advance, don’t worry: you will receive full credit toward a future Matheson course.
***Please be advised during the COVID-19 pandemic we will be unable to provide refunds. We are happy to provide course credit.
During this challenging time Matheson is pivoting and creating on-line programs which we will classify as a COVID-19 version of the training course. When you take the On-line/On-Demand training you will receive a BUY 1 GET 2 offer. Because not everyone learns the same way, if you participate in the On-line/On-Demand training you will be eligible to attend the IN-Person Training at anytime in the future for FREE.
Cancellation by the Provider: Matheson will contact you as soon as possible in the event a course is cancelled for any reason. You will be given full credit toward a future Matheson course.

Nondiscrimination
Roy Matheson and Associates, Inc. shall not discriminate any course participant based on race, color, religious affiliation, national origin, ethnicity, age, or sex. The continuing education provider will ensure that participants are treated during course participation without regard to their race, color, religious affiliation, national origin, ethnicity, age, or sex by instructors and company representatives.
Roy Matheson and Associates, Inc. shall not discriminate any course participant based upon an history, presence, or perceived presence of a disability. The continuing education provider will do its best to provide necessary accommodations for any participant that requires it, provided that the accommodation does not incur an undue hardship on the provider. In order to receive (or begin negotiations to receive) an accommodation for a disability, a participant must request said accommodation before course registration in order to allow the provider the opportunity to put said accommodation in place.
Complaint
If any participant in a Matheson course has a complaint to issue with the company as a result of any part of the course, they may present that issue in person or in writing (via letter or email) during the course to any instructor or company representative present. If the complaint was realized after the completion of the course, the participant may contact Roy Matheson and Associates, Inc. via telephone, email, fax, the company website, or in letter format following the contact information provided below.
